Scientist Lecture: Tropical Rainforests

Join us as we kick off our 2017-18 Scientist Lecture Series with a talk by Tom Croat, PhD, the Schulze Curator of Botany Research at the Missouri Botanical Garden, whose research focuses on the systematics, floristics and ecology of the family Araceae (philodendron family). His talk will concern tropical rainforests--their complexities and their tragic demise.
