For decades, like gleeful children poring over toy catalogues during the holidays, American gardeners have selected their flower bulbs from the famous Brent and Becky’s Bulbs catalogue. Now, just in time for fall bulb planting season, you can gain inspiration directly from bulb man extraordinaire Brent Heath, the co-author of the definitive books Daffodils for North American Gardens and Tulips for North American Gardens. Brent will show you the best of the best and share tips for choosing just the right bulbs for the right spots. You will learn how to combine bulbs with others plantings to create all-season gardens that delight you, your friends and neighbors.

In addition, bulb fanatics who wish to have a special opportunity to work directly with Brent Heath in a planting session may pay $70 for a special workshop, “Living Flower Arrangement,” from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. This price includes all materials, bulbs, as well as parking and the evening lecture.
