Enjoy warm summer evenings in the Garden and learn how to relax the mind and strengthen muscles, flexibility and coordination in this introduction to the martial art of T'ai Chi.  Instructed by Sifu Rikk Mayr of Neijia Academy of Internal Arts. All levels of fitness and flexibility welcome.
