Glow Returns to Cleveland Botanical Garden with More Holiday Magic

Cleveland Botanical Garden promises to make your holidays bright and merry with the return of Glow — Northeast Ohio's can't-miss celebration of the season for all ages. Glow at the Garden opens the day after Thanksgiving, November 29, and runs through Sunday, January 5.

Hop aboard the Garden Express train ride for a festive ride through the gardens. Decorate your own gingerbread house to take home with you. Enjoy live performances of holiday classics. Place your holiday dreams upon The Wishing Tree. And, experience the unforgettable magic of nearly 100 amazing gingerbread houses, thousands of holiday plantings, scores of twinkling lights and dozens of fancifully bedecked trees.

Glow at the Garden offers an even more spectacular evening experience on Wednesdays and Fridays until 9 pm as the Eleanor Armstrong Smith Glasshouse is illuminated in a warm green glow and the Geis Terrace and Sunken Garden come alive with dazzling lights. Other holiday delights include a 25-foot-tall evergreen, The Treetop Shop for little ones to do their holiday gift-buying, seasonal treats at The Garden Café and thousands of holiday plantings.

Children are encouraged to explore Evergreen Adventures, where they can learn about conifers and habitats and decorate a tree; and everyone's encouraged to check out trees decorated by the Garden's Affiliate Garden Clubs.

Glow at the Garden runs Friday, November 29, through Sunday, January 5. Hours are 10 am to 5 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays, with hours extended to 9 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, and noon to 5 pm Sundays. Special hours for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are 10 am to 3 pm. The Garden is closed on Mondays, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Glow is free for Garden members. Glow admission is $12 per non-member adult, $8 per non-member child age 3 to 12 and free for kids 2 and under. Heated indoor parking and valet is available.

Cleveland Botanical Garden is located at 11030 East Boulevard in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood.
