See What's Cooking this Summer with 'Gourmets in the Garden' at Cleveland Botanical Garden

Cleveland Botanical Garden serves up some of Northeast Ohio’s top chefs this summer with the return of the popular Gourmets in the Garden series.

You’ll learn cooking techniques, pick up pointers for planning summer barbecues and enjoy samples from the culinary masters behind some of Cleveland’s hottest restaurants. Gourmets in the Garden starts at 6:00 pm on Wednesdays, June 13 – August 29 (except July 4), on the Garden’s Geis Terrace.

The cost to attend all 11 sessions is $55 per Garden member or $121 per non-member. An individual session is $5 per Garden member or $11 per non-member. You’ll have an opportunity to meet the chefs after the demonstrations and ask any of your own cooking questions.

Gourmets in the Garden is part of the “Summer Wednesdays” lineup presented by KeyBank. Also included is Cocktails in the Garden, an opportunity to enjoy a different signature drink each week and take an evening stroll through the gardens. Cocktails in the Garden runs 3:00 to 9:00 pm Wednesdays, June 6 through August 29, and includes discounted admission of $6 per adult. (Hours are 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 4.)

Cleveland Botanical Garden is an urban escape offering fabulous gardens, an exotic Glasshouse and enchanting events year round. The Garden is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, with hours extended to 9 p.m. Wednesdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is $9.50 per adult, $4 per child (age 3-12) and free for Garden members and kids 2 and under.
