Affiliate Garden Clubs

Welcome to the Affiliate Garden Club page. I am Pat Carroll Bonander, the Chair of the Affiliate Council, representing over 50 garden clubs who affiliate with Holden Forests & Gardens, some for over 80 years!

Our clubs cover a wide geographic area, from Lorain to Lake County and as far south as Summit County. Each club has their own unique personality, botanical specialty, and community programs or projects into which their members invest their time, treasure and amazing talent.

Most importantly, we are ambassadors for Holden Forests & Gardens in our communities, philanthropic supporters, and of course, individual members of the organization. When you visited CBG did you enjoy seeing the theme-based containers in the Children’s Hershey Garden or during the holidays, the creative display of Christmas trees? These are just two of the projects that the Affiliate Clubs participate in.

I encourage you to seek out a Garden Club in your geographic location or a club that fits your specific botanical interest and learn how you can become a member. Speaking from experience, you will never regret it. For more information, a list of Affiliate Clubs is on the contact page.

I hope you will take the time to check out these amazing clubs.

Sincerely,

Pat Carroll Bonander
