Affiliate Garden Clubs

I’m Michelle Cox, the Chair of the Affiliate Council at Cleveland Botanical Garden. Welcome to our new Affiliate Garden Club page! On this and the pages that follow, we hope you will enjoy learning more about the many Garden Clubs that have chosen to affiliate with the Botanical Garden. Affiliate Garden Clubs have a rich history of supporting the Garden, back to its inception as the Garden Club of Greater Cleveland.

Our clubs cover a wide geographic area, from Lorain to Lake County and as far south as Summit County. Each has their own unique personality, botanical specialty, and community programs or projects into which they invest their time, treasure, and amazing talent.

In addition to their club-specific activities, Affiliate Garden Clubs provide support to the Garden by:

  • Paying club dues
  • Planting thematic container gardens in the spring for Hershey Children’s Garden
  • Decorating trees for the Garden’s holiday show - Glow
  • Supporting special projects with generous donations
  • And most importantly, becoming members and ambassadors in the community for the Garden

Our site here is under construction, but I encourage you to return and peruse our programmatic page. There will also be a listing of the Affiliate Clubs and their contact information, should you be interested in membership!

Thank you for your support of Cleveland Botanical Garden and Holden Arboretum, and we hope to see you at a club meeting soon!
