Perennial and Annual Pollinator Plant Tour & Talk

Sunday, July 20
Free with Garden admission, no registration required.

In partnership with Bikes, Bees and Butterflies, join Vice President of Horticulture, Cynthia Druckenbrod, for a tour of the Garden's butterfly, herb and perennial gardens and learn about the beautiful perennials and annuals plant types that are best for attracting butterflies, bees and other native pollinators.

Cynthia has been responsible for the Botanical Garden’s award-winning outdoor gardens and other plant collections, including the Eleanor Armstrong Smith Glasshouse for the past 15 years. Her many areas of expertise include orchids, day lilies, home and popular gardening and even insects. She has played a leading role in educating people about pollinators and is always looking for new and novel ways to bring together both people and plants. Druckenbrod earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University and later received a Master of Science in Entomology from Auburn University in Alabama.
